How to Return Your Order

Log in to your account at minbodenshop.com and follow the easy steps to process your return. - Pack Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form if you received one. - Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label provided in your order or contact us for assistance.
Return Policy Details
- Timeframe: You have 28 days from the delivery date to return your items.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original purchase and place a new order at minbodenshop.com.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 28 days of delivery for assistance.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
International Returns
If you placed an order outside the U.S., please refer to the returns information provided during checkout.
